Exploring the practice of finding comfort within chaos—learning to feel a strange sense of security in moments of distress. I’m interested in the balance between turbulence and stillness: the ability to collect oneself amid disorder, to find the silver lining in darker moments, and to stand steady like a mountain goat during a storm.

Taking inspiration from John Summit’s album Comfort in Chaos, I resonate deeply with both his music and his album cover. That sense of rhythm, release, and control echoes through my process—letting my body, mind, and creativity flow freely through my fingers. Every stem, flower, and fragment of pollen becomes part of a duality: a composition that is both carefully constructed and wildly unleashed.

Each piece is a study in this tension, where charged energy meets quiet reflection. Through that push and pull, I search for the small fragments of beauty and calm that emerge from emotional upheaval.
